Healthy Relationships


In your lifetime, you will build relationships with many people. The most important thing is that the people you build relationships with are people who will treat you with respect. Positive, healthy relationships based on mutual respect, trust, open communication and love can contribute to your happiness; but remember--other people can't MAKE you happy...only you can make yourself happy by the choices you make and the people you choose to include in your life.

Of course relationships include those you have with your family, friends, co-workers as well, but many people your age are becoming increasingly interested in developing relationships with members of the opposite sex.
